“Everything was very nicely setup. We had problem with drainage in our sink and shower, but our host allowed us to move down a room. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the lake is glorious at all times of the day.”

“Renovated to modernize, this is a nice older 2 story motel right on the river. And their continental breakfast was much more than expected. More than toast, they provided cereal, bagels, oatmeal packets and hard boiled eggs. Were very satisfied with our stay!”

“Again I find Expedia's rating high. You rated this a 7 and I would judge it to be a 5 or lower. Just another motel offering free breakfast that amounts to coffee, cherrios and yogurt and no place to sit down and eat - must be carried back to room and no tray to carry it on. We checked into motel late afternoon and then went out. Came back around 8PM and found parking lot over flowing. No designated parking spots left. Parked up against fence of neighboring property. If motel was full not sure...

“Motel nella media, appena arrivato (dopo le 4:00 pm) la camera non era ancora stata pulita nonostante il check-in fosse alle 3:00! Quindi ho dovuto aspettare più di 30 minuti in auto che pulissero la camera. La camera seppur vecchia mi è piaciuta per la vista ma avendo pagato una camera con cucina mi aspettavo di poterla usare, invece sia il lavandino che la cucina erano rotti con tanto di cartello che vietava l’uso!! Assurdo!!!”

“So, some people may remember the time when a budget motel was exactly that: A budget motel. A time when a clean bed and a hot shower was what you were paying for and not a bunch of crap like breakfast, in room coffee and numerous other amenities that are absolutely unnecessary and costs hotels a fortune which is passed on to all of us that still know how to travel smart and can find all of that on our own. Personally, I grow weary of paying 100$ a night for things I never use! Rice Hill Inn...
